Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) dried pasta
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the dried pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay the pasta on paper towels, patting each piece thoroughly to remove all surface moisture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled pasta with olive oil and salt, tossing until every piece is evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and black pepper. Stir vigorously until the seasoning creates a thin, grainy coating over the pasta.
  4. Arrange the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring it is not overcrowded.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time. Remove once the chips are mahogany-colored.
