- 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
- 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (1g) dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the dried pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay the pasta on paper towels, patting each piece thoroughly to remove all surface moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled pasta with olive oil and salt, tossing until every piece is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and black pepper. Stir vigorously until the seasoning creates a thin, grainy coating over the pasta.
- Arrange the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring it is not overcrowded.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time. Remove once the chips are mahogany-colored.
