Ingredients:
- 2 cups (450g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15g) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 clove (5g) Garlic, finely minced or pressed
- 1 tsp (2g) Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp (1g) Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp (8g) Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (3g) Fresh Chives, snipped
- 1 tsp (5ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 0.1g Smoked Paprika
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy. Stir in the minced garlic, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Add the dried oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Using a spatula, fold the seasonings into the yogurt until the base is evenly speckled with herbs.
- Fold in the fresh chopped parsley. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Just before serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chives and smoked paprika.
