Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (450g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove (5g) Garlic, finely minced or pressed
  • 1 tsp (2g) Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp (8g) Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (3g) Fresh Chives, snipped
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.1g Smoked Paprika

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and lemon juice. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy. Stir in the minced garlic, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  2. Add the dried oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Using a spatula, fold the seasonings into the yogurt until the base is evenly speckled with herbs.
  3. Fold in the fresh chopped parsley. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  4. Just before serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chives and smoked paprika.
