  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring it is not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the chicken cooks, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  6. Pour the glaze directly over the chicken in the basket (or toss in a bowl) and air fry for an additional 2 minutes to set the sauce.
