Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 1/8 tsp butterfly pea flower powder

Instructions:

  1. Pour the heavy cream, milk, and lavender syrup into a narrow glass jar or tumbler.
  2. Whisk in the butterfly pea flower powder with a spoon, stirring gently to break up any clumps until the color is smooth.
  3. Insert the handheld electric milk frother at a 45-degree angle just below the surface. Activate the device and move it up and down slowly for 20–30 seconds until the mixture doubles in volume and reaches a thick, velvety consistency with soft peaks.
