Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels to ensure the coating adheres.
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic powder until the consistency is thick and uniform.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish or air fryer basket.
- Using a spatula or butter knife, spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture over the top and sides of each breast.
- Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes or cook in the air fryer for 12–18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is mahogany gold.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to redistribute the juices.
