Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels to ensure the coating adheres.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic powder until the consistency is thick and uniform.
  5. Place the chicken in a baking dish or air fryer basket.
  6. Using a spatula or butter knife, spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture over the top and sides of each breast.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes or cook in the air fryer for 12–18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is mahogany gold.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to redistribute the juices.
