Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups cold filtered water
Instructions:
- Combine the hulled strawberries, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
- Press the strawberry puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove seeds.
- Add 1 cup of fresh lemon juice and the remaining sugar to the strawberry puree. Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Pour in 4 cups of cold filtered water and stir gently until the color is a uniform, vibrant pink.
- Pour the lemonade over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves, thin lemon rounds, and strawberry halves.
