- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels to ensure a professional-grade crust.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil to create a binding agent for the spices.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Coat the chicken evenly on all sides, pressing the spices into the meat.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 7–9 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer chicken to a plate, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes to redistribute juices.
