Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels to ensure a professional-grade crust.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil to create a binding agent for the spices.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Coat the chicken evenly on all sides, pressing the spices into the meat.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 7–9 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Transfer chicken to a plate, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes to redistribute juices.
