  2. In a medium bowl, toss the thighs with avocado oil until evenly coated.
  3. Combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, and onion powder; sprinkle the rub over the meat and massage the spices into the flesh.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping the thighs halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
