Ingredients:

  • 256g Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 200g Granulated Sugar
  • 50g Large Egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball, and place on the baking sheet 2 inches apart. Press a fork into the top to create a crosshatch pattern.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are mahogany-colored and the tops are set. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before moving.
